The Information We Collect
Personal Information is information that others can use to identify, locate, or contact you. When you use the Site, or contact HomeSolvers, you provide HomeSolvers with certain Personal Information including, without limitation, your name, address, zip code, email address, telephone number, comments you make to the Site, and other information as related. If you register to our Facebook page, you agree to allow Facebook to share additional information with HomeSolvers including your name, email address, profile picture, gender, user ID, list of friends and any other information that you have made publicly available on Facebook.
Additionally, HomeSolvers servers automatically record information sent by your browser when you use the HomeSolvers Site, including Internet Protocol address, browser type and language, and date and time of request. HomeSolvers accepts no responsibility or liability for third-party privacy policies or the actions of any third party with respect to your personal information.

Information that is de-identified (stripped of any information that could be used to identify you) may be used by HomeSolvers for any reason and shared freely with affiliates, the press, partners and third parties. This information is usually aggregated (combined with information from many other users), and may include information such as site traffic patterns, trends, demographics, search patterns and other information.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The use of Personal Information on third-party websites is governed by the privacy policies of the third-party websites and is not subject to HomeSolvers control. HomeSolvers is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
How We Protect Information
HomeSolvers attempts to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your Personal Information. Our servers are protected by reasonable physical and electronic security measures.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you are entitled by law to request an Information Sharing Disclosure. If you request it, we will provide you with a notice of your right to prevent sharing of your Personal Information as well as a cost-free means of doing so. To receive such a notice, submit a written request via our contact form listed in the section below, specifying that you seek your “California Customer Choice Notice.” Please allow thirty days for a response.
